Denna fastighet ligger i det eftertraktade Parador-området och är den perfekta tillflyktsorten för familjer som vill ha Nerja inom räckhåll utan att behöva avstå från lugnet. Här är rutinen enkel: frukost på innergården i Urbanización Bajamar för att starta dagen och avsluta den på den övre terrassen, tända grillen medan barnen njuter av den gemensamma poolen.Fastigheten: Semesterhus med två våningar plus solterrass. Det har 3 luftkonditionerade sovrum på övervåningen (två med dubbelsäng och ett med två enkelsängar) med högkvalitativa madrasser och ett komplett badrum med dusch. På huvudvåningen finns vardagsrummet, det separata köket och en gästtoalett.
Inomhus- och utomhusliv: Huset utmärker sig genom sina tre olika utomhusutrymmen: en välkomnande innergård på gatunivå, ett ljust vardagsrum med höghastighetsinternet och internationell TV för avkoppling, och kronan på verket: en privat takterrass. Detta utrymme har ett stort soltak och en utomhusmatsal, så att du kan njuta av middagar utomhus med fri utsikt över trädgården och poolen.

Very nice house, in a quiet street, close to Buriana Beach and City senter. Big ground terrasse for breakfast and relaxing when coming from a hot and sunny day at the beach.
