What really makes it stand out is the large balcony that curves around the apartment and gets the sun all day. The agents (Casasol) are first class offering friendly help and advice when needed, without being intrusive.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit kurzer Nähe zum Strand und den Lokalen. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber vorgefunden und können sie jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Sehr wichtig für uns war bei dieser Lage die Tiefgarage, da die Parkplätze durch den nahen Strand sehr schnell belegt sind. Die Küche war sehr gut eingerichtet. Auch die große Terrasse mit Sonnen- und Schattenseite war vorteilhaft. Wir würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung buchen.

This apartment caught the best of the day´s sunshine ( rising over the distant hills, coastline cliffs and down across the sea ) from sunrise to sunset. The outdoor balcony which spread around the entire apartment had ample seating and lounge chairs for sun bathers. We found the apartment to be clean and bright. for a small fee it could also be air conditioned as needed.
