The main terrace is the meeting point of the home. With direct access from the living room through large sliding glass doors, it combines an outdoor dining area with a sofa zone where you can share a meal, read or simply unwind. From here you can access the private solarium on the roof, equipped with sun loungers, a complete barbecue area with sink and support table, as well as open views to the sea. Each terrace offers a different atmosphere to match the pace of your holidays.

The interior maintains the same careful aesthetic as the outdoor spaces. The lounge, dining room and kitchen share a spacious, bright and perfectly integrated environment, where natural tones predominate, furniture with contemporary lines and decoration that conveys calm from the first moment. The second bedroom has two single beds and a second full bathroom located next to the room, offering a very comfortable layout for both families and two couples travelling together.

The community swimming pool is just a few steps away from the accommodation and is surrounded by grass, sun loungers and umbrellas. Its proximity allows you to easily alternate between the pool, private terraces and the beach throughout the day. In the surrounding area you will also find a minimarket and several beach bars just a few minutes' walk away.
