Las Flores de Burriana 5 is a spacious three-storey house, ideal for family holidays for up to six people. The property stands out for its direct access to the swimming pool from the lower terrace, its views overlooking the gardens, and the convenience of having private parking right at the entrance.
The Property: On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a guest toilet and a living-dining room opening onto the terrace. The middle floor houses the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a private balcony, alongside a second bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the lower level is a spacious third bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom fitted with a large bath.
