The flat is situated in the Isea Calaceite residential development, in a quiet seaside area between Torrox Costa and Nerja. From the terrace and private roof terrace, you can enjoy views of the sea and the complex’s swimming pool – a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Calaceite is also a popular spot for diving and snorkelling.

Calaceite Beach is about a 15-minute walk away, although the return journey is uphill – something to bear in mind if you’re travelling with young children or prefer to avoid steep slopes. As this is a residential area, we recommend having a car to get around easily to supermarkets, restaurants and the centres of Nerja or Torrox Costa.

Communal swimming pool with sea views and parking included

The residential complex has a communal swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, with lovely sea views. The flat includes its own parking space, and the quiet neighbourhood also allows for easy on-street parking.

Information about the swimming pool: The communal swimming pool is open from Easter until 31 October. In exceptional circumstances, its availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance work, repairs or other community-related issues. Apartment amenities

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, kitchen utensils, chopping boards and frying pans. The apartment has central air conditioning in the living room and all three bedrooms, and a private parking space is included.
