Sirena 5 combines a prime location next to Torrecilla Beach with the comforts of a recently renovated apartment and unobstructed sea views from the fifth floor. Located in the Sirena Building on Calle Castilla Pérez, this apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is just 250 metres from the beach. The building has a lift and the apartment features a lovely balcony terrace with views of the sea and the mountains surrounding Nerja.
Two Double Bedrooms for Families or Two Couples
Both bedrooms feature double beds, an unusual layout that is particularly comfortable for both families and two couples travelling together. The comfort of the beds is one of the aspects most highly rated by guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, a practical advantage when accommodating four people.
Air conditioning with heating and cooling functions, high-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi and a television with over 190 international channels are included.
Fifth-floor Balcony Terrace with Sea and Mountain Views
The balcony terrace is one of the most pleasant areas of the apartment. Equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, it allows you to enjoy the unobstructed views of the Mediterranean on one side and the mountains of Nerja on the other.

The Chaparil neighbourhood is one of the liveliest and most convenient areas of Nerja, with restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops just a few minutes’ walk away.
Torrecilla Beach is just 250 metres from the apartment. The Balcony of Europe is 400 metres away and can be easily reached on foot. Once settled in, you’ll be able to enjoy most of your holiday without needing to use the car.
For those travelling by car, there is a public car park located approximately 150 metres from the building.
