There are areas of Nerja where the beach, the seafront promenade and the restaurants are part of your daily routine. Delfín 1-8 is situated in Plaza Cangrejo, just 200 metres from Torrecilla Beach and about a 5-minute walk from the Balcón de Europa. A very convenient location for exploring Nerja on foot, with a communal swimming pool, a lift and all amenities just a short walk from the building.

The living-dining room is flooded with natural light and opens onto a terrace with sea views. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing any meal during your stay. The master bedroom stands out for its large windows facing the street leading to the beach, whilst the second bedroom has two single beds.

Both the living room and the two bedrooms have independent air conditioning, a feature that is particularly appreciated during the warmer months. The flat also has high-speed Wi-Fi, a television with international channels and a fully fitted bathroom.

Plaza Cangrejo is the hub of much of the activity in this part of Nerja. Cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and small shops surround the building, whilst Torrecilla Beach and the seafront promenade are just a few minutes’ walk away. From here, it’s very easy to explore the historic centre, visit the Balcón de Europa or head down to the beach several times a day without having to plan your trips in advance.

The building has a communal swimming pool surrounded by lawns and parasols – a lovely spot to enjoy as an alternative to the beach during the spring and summer months.

• The communal swimming pool is open from approximately April to October. Its availability may occasionally be affected by maintenance work or decisions made by the owners’ association.
