The Property: Duplex distributed over two floors with excellent natural light. It consists of 2 bedrooms (the master with a double bed and balcony; the second with two single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with a bath on the upper floor and another with a shower on the lower floor). The kitchen is spacious, modern and functional. The living-dining room acts as the heart of the home, offering a comfortable sofa, a games corner and a selection of books and board games designed for adult leisure.

Indoor and outdoor living: The living room connects directly to a private terrace equipped with a table and gas barbecue, the ideal place for al fresco dining on summer evenings. In addition, the master bedroom has its own balcony.
