The living-dining room is one of the most spacious areas of the property. Beyond it is a covered and glazed terrace overlooking the swimming pool, separated from the living room by large glass panels. It acts as an extension of the living area and allows you to enjoy views of the garden and pool from indoors at any time of year.

The bedroom has two single beds, a practical arrangement for friends, family members or couples who prefer to sleep in separate beds. Both the bedroom and living room have air conditioning, which is particularly important during the warmer months in Nerja. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the equipment needed to prepare meals during your holiday. The washing machine is located inside the apartment, and Wi-Fi and a television with international channels are also included.

A swimming pool to enjoy Nerja all year round: The Carabeo Building has a communal swimming pool open all year round, surrounded by lawns, palm trees and gardens. This is a particularly attractive advantage for those visiting Nerja outside the summer months who would like to have access to a pool as well as the sea just a short walk away.

A location that is hard to beat: Carabeillo Beach is just 100 metres away. From there, you can continue on to Burriana Beach, approximately 800 metres away, while the Balcony of Europe is around 600 metres towards the town centre. The Parador area also offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and shops, making it easy to combine the beach and town centre as part of your everyday holiday routine.

• The apartment is located on the ground floor. Only a few steps need to be climbed to reach the entrance door.

• The communal swimming pool remains open all year round. On rare occasions, its availability may be temporarily affected by maintenance work, repairs or other circumstances within the residential community.
