Arce 2 is an apartment for two people in the Arce II building, at the rear of the building which opens directly onto the beach area. It is 50 metres from El Chucho Beach and 100 metres from Torrecilla Beach. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 150x200 cm. The kitchen, which opens onto the living-dining room, is equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine. A small terrace at the entrance to the studio overlooks the building’s garden areas – the perfect spot to enjoy your first coffee of the day before heading down to the beach in under a minute.

The flat features air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a television in both the living-dining room and the bedroom. The bathroom has a shower. The building has a communal swimming pool open from April to October, and on-site parking: spaces are not allocated and are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so a space cannot be guaranteed during peak season. Even so, having this option within the building is a bonus for those travelling by car.

Being just a stone’s throw from El Chucho Beach and Torrecilla Beach means having supermarkets, bars and restaurants right on the high street, and being able to walk to the centre of Nerja, the Balcón de Europa and the rest of the beaches in the area without needing a car. It’s one of the most central and lively locations in Nerja, ideal for a romantic getaway where everything is close by and you can plan each day as you go.

Important information:
The communal swimming pool is open from April to October. It is not available outside this period. The building’s car park has no allocated spaces, and availability cannot be guaranteed during peak season. Access to the swimming pool may occasionally be restricted due to maintenance or cleaning work.
