MINIMUM STAY

The minimum stay is seven nights (one week). The properties can be used from 4 pm on the day of arrival and have to be left before 10 am on the day of departure, except if there is a special agreement.

PRICES

The price shown on the contract is the price of the rental or the property; the number of people who stay in the property does not influence the price. Nevertheless, under no circumstances will we admit more people into a property than the property is prepared for. The administration reserves the right to refuse admission or vacation.

Our prices include:
  • The contractually agreed accommodation.
  • The normal consumption of electricity, water and gas.
  • The cleaning before the arrival.
  • The direct taxes (V.A.T).
In the special winter prices, valid from October 15th until Easter Week, (minimum stay 4 weeks), the costs for electricity, gas and cleaning are not included. The bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are in the property for the clients’ use. The client has to pay for the cleaning, drying and ironing of the bed and bath linen which remain in the property on the day of departure, therefore he will be handed over a laundry card. Of course, the client will not have to pay this extra if he brings his own bed and bath linen. The only authentic services included in the price are the ones offered by CASASOL, therefore, we recommend our clients contact our agency in case of any doubts.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION FORM

The Booking Confirmation form includes:
  • Details of CASASOL.
  • Details of client.
  • Reservation details.
  • Exact address of the booked property.
  • Details of key handing over.
  • Total rental amount.
  • Reservation amount and terms of payment.
  • Signatures of the client and CASASOL.
The client must send the Booking Confirmation form signed by him to CASASOL by post, fax or email.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

The reservation is confirmed when CASASOL receives the Booking Confirmation form signed by the client, and the payment of 30% of the total price, or the payment of the total price.

The payment of the reservation balance (total amount minus deposit) has to be paid once the client has arrived in Nerja, at the CASASOL office, in Calle Los Huertos, 78.
Once a booking has been formally confirmed CASASOL will forward all relevant information.

ANNULMENTS

If the client cancels the reservation, CASASOL will keep the deposit. If CASASOL cancels the reservation, the deposit will be paid back to the client, plus a further 100% of this amount. We recommend our clients take out travel insurance.

IMPORTANT NOTES

The client is fully and expressly responsible to declare the correct number of people, children of any age included. We emphasize that CASASOL is legally entitled to deny the entry to non declared people, or to remove them from a property; the client is not entitled to complain.

In some special cases, like e.g. respecting the property’s characteristics, date or number of persons, CASASOL will collect a bail of € 90; this amount will be paid back on the day of departure, provided that there is no cause for complaint by CASASOL.
Pets are not permitted. Exceptions are possible, but require the written authorisation of CASASOL, which includes the details of the animal. In this case, the client is fully responsible for the damages that the animal may cause in the property (furniture, walls, doors, etc.).
It is forbidden to change the furniture’s positions in the property.

ANOMALIES AND COMPLAINTS

Faults and damages detected in the property by the client have to be communicated to CASASOL as soon as possible, but anyhow during the stay. CASASOL will do away with these faults as soon as possible, or even will arrange for a change of the property, if necessary, provided that the complaint is justified. Complaints after departure will not be considered, as the provable criterions for a claim for damages are not available anymore.

TRANSFER

In cases due to circumstances beyond the control of CASASOL, the agency reserves the right to change the property for another equal one. If the client does not agree with this solution, CASASOL will pay back the amounts paid.

CONSENT

With his signature of the Booking Confirmation, the client confirms his express consent with all the conditions.
