This is a lovely, bright house that has recently been renovated.  It is located just below San Juan Capistrano in a charming urbanisation of only around ten houses.  The accommodation is spacious with a large ground floor lounge leading out to a covered terrace which is big enough to eat out on.  From here there are distant sea views.  It is just a few steps down from the terrace to get to the small private garden (around 25 square metres).  The two bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the first and top floor.  From the main bedroom there is access out to another generous terrace from which there are lovely views over the garden and pool and out towards the sea and Nerja below.  The house benefits from a new flat-screen TV with international channels.  Los Aguacates Bellavista is a cosy urbanisation with a lovely shared pool and gardens.
