The House is situated in a quiet residential area on the edge of town.
There are magnificent views from the terraces of the surrounding mountains and countryside. Superb location for walking, cycling or driving in the location.
The House sleeps four persons. Lounge/dining room, kitchen, shower room, bathroom, basement room, 2 bedrooms and double garage. Ideal quiet location, secluded and private, only 10 minutes walk to Burriana beach, and 15 minutes to the town centre.
You will have access by key, to the residents private pool and gardens which are directly opposite the house.
Burriana beach is one of the few ‘blue-flag’ beaches in Spain, and there are numerous beach bars, restaurants and shops along the promenade. Other beaches within a 15/20 minute walk from the house are the Playa Carabeo, Playa Chorrillo and Playa Calahonda.
The nearest supermarket, which caters for Spanish and international food, and an Internet cafe are 5 minutes walk away from the house. There are many Tapas bars, cafes, restaurants and shops within a short stroll of the house.
Living Room: Spacious open plan living room/dining area with air conditioning. Double glass doors to large terrace. Modern sofas, coffee table, lamps & uplighters, TV with Sky , DVD player, CD player and an IPod dock. There are two deck loungers on the terrace. There is a circular table and four chairs for al fresco dining on the terrace. There is an adjustable sun awning on the terrace. Dining area includes large dining table and six dining chairs.
Roof Terrace: The terrace covers the whole of the roof area. Ideal for sun bathing or just chilling out. There are two deck loungers permanently on the terrace, plus another two light loungers in the basement. These can be brought up to the terrace, if required. There is a large parasol on the terrace to give shade. There is also a outdoor shower unit on the terrace for cooling off.
Bedroom 1: double bed, double wardrobes, air conditioning and security safe.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, double wardrobes, air conditioning and small balcony.
Bathroom: very spacious family bathroom, with shower, modern white washbasin, bidet and w.c.
Shower room: Cabinet shower, hand basin and w.c.
Kitchen: Separate light modern kitchen with ceramic hob, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine. Wide range of glasses, cutlery, crockery and cooking equipment.
Basement Room: A storeroom in the basement can be used to accomodate 2 extra z-beds for additional sleeping room.
Garage: Large double garage in basement, with access to the house via internal door. Tumble dryer also in garage.
