A comfortable two bedroom town house in an area sometimes referred to as ‘Pueblo Andaluz’ due to the traditional village-style of the properties. The complex enjoys the use of a large communal swimming pool and Burriana beach and the town centre are between 5 and 10 minutes’ walk away.

This is a wonderful apartment in a stunning location.  It faces the sea, the Balcón de Europa and the mountains and the views are truly breathtaking.  The apartment itself is very spacious at around 100 square meters and is composed of two large bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The terrace is accessed through a spacious and well-furnished lounge and there is satellite TV with international channels and a stereo CD player.  This is a quiet location and yet it's just a stone's throw from the heart of Nerja.  The beach and town centre are approximately 4 or 5 minutes' easy walk.  There is a large communal pool there and the attractive gardens look out over the sea.

A lovely 3 bedroom house about 5 minutes’ walk from Burriana beach and around 10 minutes’ walk from the centre of Nerja.  The house is spacious and well-equipped with a large lounge and two terraces (one on the ground floor and the other on the roof). From the roof terrace there are wonderful sea and mountain views as well as views down to the garden and communal swimming pool.  There is English TV here.  It should be mentioned that there is an internal spiral staircase that runs from the ground floor to the top floor.  This does not pose a problem to most guests, but could be awkward for those with mobility problems.

A spacious 3 bedroom house with a small courtyard garden in a quiet part of town, not too far from the Hotel Nerja Club and the Supersol supermarket.  It has a spacious living area on the ground floor that leads out to the courtyard and the bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor.  The house enjoys a sunny aspect.

A three bedroom house in a quiet cul-de-sac.  The house is on one level with a new kitchen.  It is in a nice residential area about 800m from the sea.  There is a good sized terrace area with some garden, which benefits from almost day-long exposure to the sun.
