A nice two bedroom house near the swimming pool in Nueva Nerja.  There is a small patio to the back of the house where it is possible to have a meal.  The house is in a nice area, not far from the town centre (about 10 minutes' walk) and the beach (about 5 minutes' walk).

This is a spacious three bedroom house, just opposite the Hotel Villa Flamenca.  The house boasts a lovely modern kitchen which was recently renovated to a very high standard.  The comfortable lounge benefits from a new flat-screen TV with Spanish and English channels.  Clients can enjoy an al fresco drink on the terrace, which is accessed from one of the bedrooms on the first floor.  There are two communal swimming pools for clients' use on the complex. This is a great location: the town centre is a comfortable 15 minute walk away and Burriana beach is only 5 minutes' walk from the house.

A three bedroom house with use of a communal swimming pool in a good location.  There is one bathroom and a downstairs toilet and two small patios, behind and in front of the house.  There is one double, one twin and one single bedroom.  The house is about 10 minutes´ walk from the centre of town and around 5 minutes´ walk away from the beach.

A two bedroom apartment in Carabeo I, nicely furnished and with lovely sea views from an enclosed terrace (the windows open up though). There is one bathroom and one shower-room. You are a level 5 minute walk from the centre of Nerja and a few minutes' walk from the access steps to the beach.

A two bedroom apartment about 2 km West of Nerja town centre in the direction of El Peñoncillo.  This is a lovely apartment with a decent terrace from which there are stunning views down to the sea.  There is a communal swimming pool and the area is nice and quiet.  Although this is really an apartment it is classified as a house on our website, due to the independent nature of the property.
