A lovely two bedroom apartment just 2 km along the coast from Nerja in the direction of Torrox Costa.  The complex is on a hillside so the apartment benefits from wonderful views straight out to sea.  The apartment is modern and very well-equipped with good quality furniture and air conditioning (which also works as heating for winter rentals).  This is a south-facing property and it is easy to find a parking space there.  The complex has a good-sized swimming pool.  This is a quiet alternative to being in the centre and Nerja is just a short drive away.

A two bedroom apartment about 2 km West of Nerja town centre in the direction of El Peñoncillo.  This is a lovely apartment with a decent terrace from which there are stunning views down to the sea.  There is a communal swimming pool and the area is nice and quiet.  Although this is really an apartment it is classified as a house on our website, due to the independent nature of the property.

A lovely two bedroom townhouse with two bathrooms, about 2 km from the centre of Nerja and a few hundred metres behind the far end of El Playazo beach and the Hotel Marinas de Nerja.  The house benefits from a roof terrace from which there are fantastic views out towards Nerja and over the sea.  There is air-conditioning in the living room.  There is access to a large communal pool in the urbanisation.  Because of the location it is really essential to have a car.
